Jean-François Thau, Chairman & Co-CEO

Mr. Thau has over 20 years of experience in high-tech and
telecommunications companies. As CEP of Comiris Group, Mr. Thau has build the leading
interactive Rich Media Communication company in EMEA. As CEO at Hypcom Technologies,
he has introduced new strategic IP partners and increased the growth by 110% in 3 years.
He was Polycom's CEO France and SEMEA Vice-President where he created the French business
subsidiary, new fields acquisition, distribution strategy and channel management for each
country. At France Telecom, as Videoconferencing Business Unit Director, he elaborated the
engineering vision and strategy, setup the business unit and it's management. |
Marie Lapalme, Co-CEO & CTO

Mrs.
Lapalme is the co-founder of AudiSoft Technologies and has over
20 years
of experience in real-time technology systems. Before
founding AudiSoft Technologies; for DMR,
she was a Senior Consultant, Project Manager and
Architect Principal on various projects. For instance,
she was acting as Director responsible for TELNAT
services (National Bank of Canada). She was also a key
player in the implementation of Interact-debit
nationwide, the Air Miles program in point of sale
terminals and electronic payment for IBM cash registers.
She is the President of the Board of the Montreal Computer
Research Center (CRIM - Centre de Recherche Informatique
Montréal) and is also member of the board of directors
of the Association de la Recherche Industrielle du
Québec (ADRIQ). |
Luc Ducas, Chief Scientific Officer & Senior Vice President Professional Services

over 20 years of experience in R&D in high-technology with an
expertise in telecommunications, operational research to

Ramzy Metwalli, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Metwalli is is a chartered management accountant with diverse experience
during periods of both economic growth and downturn; strong financial and strategic management
skills combined with essential organization and interpersonal communication skills and
extensive entrepreneurial experience. Before joining AudiSoft, he held financial, managerial
positions. He was CFO of Branchez-Vous (now BV Media), a leader in Internet Sales Advertising
Network, where he orchestrated the merger of two biggest competitors in the field. |
Philippe Lorenzi, Vice-President Business Development EMEA

Mr. Lorenzi has over 15 years of high management expertise and
significant results in international product commercial business development and B2B
services. He has supervised teams of professionals of all sizes. He has added to his
expertise, business global management in international group divisions. He has put in
place a new technological division in Hala Supply Chain Services in Dubai.Put a new
division in place for Plats du Chef during an acquisition where he also participated
in other acquisitions and increased the annual sales of the company. |
